Stokenchurch Parish Church (dedicted to St Peter and St Paul) is a village church - which means that almost everyone involved in the church comes from within the parish of Stokenchurch (which includes the hamlets of Water End, Studley Green and Beacons Bottom). We are a family church - which means we try to welcome people of all ages and from all backgrounds.
Currently we have no Priest-in-Charge and are in the process of setting up the South Chiltern Group of Churches with Ibstone, Cadmore End and Lane End and will then be seeking a team rector initially.
Our services on a Sunday are normally at 9:30 am and we run a full Sunday school programme right through the year.. The 2nd sunday of the month is normally a family service (with a communion at 08:30am); weeks 1, 3 and 4 are communion at 09:30am; week 5, when there is one, is a morning prayer.
Home groups meet on Tuesday and Thursday and there is a Tot-Time session in the church rooms on Thursday morning
The church offers a welcoming and picturesque setting for baptisms and weddings
Details of all these, and other information about the church can be found on the church website.
